Interserver的VPS简单测评(0.1美元首月)

周末闲来无事整理在整理下以前写过的一些特别优惠的东西，打算做个简单的测评或者评估下是否还值得购买，所以就先找到了这家Interserver（之前发布的消息）。但是由于本人自己没有去买所以就靠里的朋友们提供了数据，本人稍加编辑。
