5.8AsofMarch6,2015,redemptionofpromotionalcreditislimitedto12monthsfromthedateofissue(unlessotherwisestated),atwhichtimethecreditwillexpire.Uponredemption,promotionalcreditexpiresafter12monthsunlessotherwisedefinedinthetermsofthepromotion.ForinstanceswherepromotionalcreditwasissuedorredeemedpriortoMarch6,2015,thatcreditwillexpireonMarch6,2016.

5.9Onlyonepromotionalcodeispermittedpercustomer,andmayberedeemedonlyby“newusers,”definedasuserswhoarewithin30daysoflaunchingtheirfirstDroplet.

ReferralCredit

5.10Earnedcreditfrommakingareferralwillnotexpire.AllreferralpayoutswillbepaidinDigitalOceancredit.

5.11Sign-upcreditearnedviareferralwillexpireinaccordancewiththetermsstatedinsection5.8.Furthermore,suchcreditwillbecountedastheonepromotionalcodepermitted,inaccordancewiththetermsstatedinsection5.9.
